What is included
- Full reset of every room between guests
- Beds stripped and made with fresh linen
- Towels changed and bathroom restocked from your supplies
- Kitchen cleared, dishwasher emptied, bins out
- Surfaces, floors and mirrors
- A message if something is damaged, missing or left behind
What is not included
- Laundry of your linen — see laundry and service wash, charged separately
- Restocking consumables we have not been left
- Key handover or guest meet-and-greet
Ask about anything that is not on either list. If we cannot do it we will say so, and usually we know somebody who can.

Common questions
- Can you do same-day turnarounds?
- Yes, and most changeovers are. Tell us your checkout and check-in times and we will work inside them. Back-to-back same-day changeovers in peak season need booking ahead.
- Who provides the linen?
- Usually you do, and most hosts keep two or three sets on site so there is always a clean one ready. We can take the used set away to wash and iron, charged per bag.
- What happens if a guest has left damage?
- We photograph it and send it to you the same day rather than cleaning round it. You then have evidence while the booking is still open.
