Regular home cleaning in Brighton & Hove

What is included
- Dusting and vacuuming throughout
- Kitchen surfaces, sink, hob and outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: bath, shower, basin, toilet and mirrors
- Floors washed where they need it
- Beds made or changed if you leave the linen out
- Bins emptied
What is not included
- Inside ovens, inside windows above ground level, and carpet shampooing — these are deep clean work
- Moving heavy furniture
- Clearing or sorting personal belongings
Ask about anything that is not on either list. If we cannot do it we will say so, and usually we know somebody who can.
Who this suits
Households who want the place kept on top of without thinking about it. Weekly suits most families; fortnightly suits couples and smaller flats.
Common questions
- Do I get the same cleaner every time?
- Where we can, yes, and we try hard to keep it that way, because it is better for you and better for them. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we will tell you and offer a replacement or a different day rather than simply sending somebody you have never met.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Plenty of our customers give us a key or a door code. If you would rather be there the first time so you can show us round, that is completely normal.
- What if I need to skip a week?
- Just tell us. There is no charge for moving or skipping a clean as long as we know in good time, so we can offer the slot to somebody else.
- Do you bring your own products?
- Yes. If you prefer us to use your products, or you need something fragrance-free or pet-safe, say so and we will use yours.
