What is not included
- Ironing. This is a service wash: washed, dried and folded, not pressed
- Dry cleaning
- Repairs and alterations
- Specialist treatment for silk, leather or anything dry-clean-only — we will set it aside rather than risk it
Ask about anything that is not on either list. If we cannot do it we will say so, and usually we know somebody who can.

Common questions
- Do you iron?
- Not as part of this. A service wash comes back washed, dried and folded, not pressed. If ironing is something you need, ask us and we will see what we can arrange.
- How much is a bag?
- It depends on the size of the bag and what is in it, so we agree the price with you before the first collection rather than quoting a number here that might not match what you actually hand over.
- How long does it take?
- Normally collected on one visit and returned on the next. If you need it faster, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
- Can I add it to my regular clean?
- Yes, that is how most people use it. Your cleaner takes the bag away and brings it back the following visit.
