What is included
- Everything in a regular clean, done more slowly
- Inside the oven, the microwave and the fridge if you want them done
- Skirting boards, door frames, light switches and handles
- Limescale on taps, shower screens and tiles
- Inside kitchen cupboards if they are emptied for us
- Behind and under furniture we can move safely
What is not included
- Carpet or upholstery shampooing — we do not carry the machine
- Outside windows above the ground floor
- Clearing clutter: the more surfaces are clear, the more of the day goes on cleaning
Ask about anything that is not on either list. If we cannot do it we will say so, and usually we know somebody who can.

Common questions
- How long does a deep clean take?
- A typical two-bedroom flat is around five hours. A larger house, or one that has not had a deep clean for a long time, takes longer, and we will say so when we quote rather than running out of time on the day.
- Should I have a deep clean before starting regular cleaning?
- Often it is worth it. It means your regular visits start from a level everyone is happy with, instead of the first few cleans being spent catching up.
- Can you do just the kitchen and bathroom?
- Yes. Tell us what matters most and we will price those rooms rather than the whole property.
